How Alumni Can Support
SJS is known for being a supportive and nurturing community. As a testament to this reputation, the Alumni Bursary Fund provides assistance for families who cannot afford tuition for their children to attend St. John’s School. Consider helping a child benefit from the outstanding educational opportunity our school offers.
Over the last five years, the number of bursary applications has increased four times and the funds needed to assist families has increased at the same rate.
We encourage our alumni to give back to the school by making a donation to the Alumni Bursary Fund. If every alum gave $10 per month, the bursary fund would grow by over $60,000 each year.

SJS is an independent school and not-for-profit organization led by a volunteer Board of Governors. All parents of SJS students are members of the school’s society. As a society, the school is not owned by any individuals. All assets are held for the common benefit of society members (the school’s families). All finances generated from the school, through government grants, tuition or donations, are invested back into the school.
