Junior Kindergarten
Application to Junior Kindergarten for 2024-2025 are now closed. We are no longer accepting applications.
- Birth Year: 2020
- Application Deadline: November 15
- In House Assessment: All applicants (December 19, 20, 21)
- Approximate Intake: 28 students
- Shortlist Communicated: Friday, January 12
- Admissions Interview: January & February (shortlisted candidates only)
- Final Decision Communicated: Friday, March 1
Kindergarten

Starting Your Application
Applications for 2024-2025 are now closed. Please contact our office if you have further questions.
Applications are completed online through the School’s portal. Once your profile has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to login and start the application. If you need help going through the online application, please refer to our Applying to SJS guide.
After an application has been submitted our office will review it to ensure completion. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for this process. Once your application has been processed you will be notified by email that your online checklist is available. This is when you may log back into the applicant portal and upload the additional required documents for the application, included indicating your chosen referee for one electronic reference.
Please note that only one profile per family is required. If you require assistance with your mySJS account, please contact us at admissions@sjs.ca.
Application Fee
An application fee of $300 or re-application fee of $100 is collected at the final step of the application. Once your application fee has been accepted and processed, you will receive an automated email confirming your payment. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your application has not gone through. Please contact us at admissions@sjs.ca for assistance.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your application to be processed. Once your application has been processed, your child will be assigned a checklist and you will receive instructions regarding your supporting documents via email.
