On Wednesday we held not one, but two performances of our wonderful Winter Concert!
The concert saw performances from Junior Kindergarten all the way up to our eldest musicians in Grade 12. The program included festive and cinematic favourites performed by the Honours Band, Jazz Band, Mass Band and Orchestra as well as our Junior, Intermediate and Senior Choirs!
The four masters of ceremony – Joyce Ho, Gordon Lin, Minnie Mei and Amanda Wang – did a great job, cracking festive jokes between performances. It was fantastic to come together as a whole community to get thoroughly into the festive spirit and appreciate the talent of our students before the winter break!
A huge thank you to our whole music department and all of the students, staff and faculty who helped behind the scenes and in rehearsals to make the event such as a success. The Winter Concert is one of the highlights of our calendar each year and is made possible through the generosity our Annual Giving donors. Thank you!
